Based in Verona, Italy, the brand was launched in 2017.
Every step is carried out by the designer herself and her family — by hand and on the sewing machine.
Valuing the traces of the human hand over polished perfection, she remains deeply committed to handmade work to this day.
Because production is so small, rather than selling to many select shops, the brand is carried by only a limited number of stores.
Cut from a brushed wool 70 silk 30 fabric, it follows traditional tailoring construction, yet
this tailored jacket carries Maria's own interpretation.
Instead of working cuffs, the sleeves are slit at the ends, inviting you to wear them rolled up.
White hand-stitching on both sides of the chest pocket adds an accent while also giving it dimension —
a glimpse of Maria's philosophy.
Depending on the piece, Maria's items use vintage fabrics, deadstock fabrics
and the like.
Letting you enjoy how each piece ages over time is an indispensable part of her craft —
one element of her Philosophy.
